If I could rate a company 10 stars, this would be the one! Not only were they prompt in their response to my initial inquiry ( On a weekend I may add, within an hour), they were fair on their schedule with me, being able to fit me in within a few days for a quote. Luis did an amazing job adding new outlets to our home. He was very patient and he answered all of my many questions . He was friendly and very professional. I love that Lanier stands behind their work and are willing to address any issues.
Installed outlet and 4 fans! Derrick’s team does a great job protecting my floors and walks, working efficiently and effectively AND, my sweet Yorkies loved them both! I have another project for them that requires HOA approval and I am really looking forward to them completing the work as soon as the approval comes in!
