I wish I could give Lanier Dermatology 5 stars. However, the young woman who took my call to reschedule an appointment was extremely rude and unwilling to work with me. I have been a patient for 12-13 years at Lanier and was extremely disappointed at the lack of customer service. That being said, the physicians are great. However, that counts for nothing when you can never get in to see your doctor. I work for a local surgeon and tried to get a patient with invasive squamous cell cancer in for a visit. The person who took our call was extremely rude and would not attempt to accommodate our patient. We will no longer be sending any referrals to this office.
I had my first appointment with Lanier Dermatology yesterday to get some moles checked and they took scrapings of a couple. The wait was less than 10 minutes and the PA explained everything as she did it. Everyone was so nice. I even called my GP to tell them to recommend Lanier Dermatology to patients in the future.
My son and I made an appointment with one of the dermatologst at Lanier Dermatology. I needed a regular check up. My son had to have a mole checked and then had it surgically removed from his face. The office wait was short. They were very professional and nice. They explained the proceedure very clearly to my son. It has been several months since the surgery and you can hardly see the scar on my son's chin. We were both very pleased and I would highly recommend them.
