This review site must be a hack. The YELP reviews seem more realistic. The receptionist and people answering the phones are rude and argumentative. They don't seem to understand the business relationship with the customer. I am not talking about rude patients. I am talking about courteous people with simple requests. I have been there twice but won't go back. I hope they figure out how to get good people as the first line of communication for their business. Right now it is sorely lacking.
