Very professional. Appreciate the care of the doctors. Thanks. Every doctor's office has office staff that collects payment. It is part of their job to be rude. Get past them and it's smooth sailing. Everyone wants to be paid.

Front Desk folks rude and argumentive. Had appointment on a Tuesday at 9:45. Got there at 9:30 and was told my appointment was at 9. The lady advised they would try and work me in but very condescending. When I presented the appointment card which showed 9:45 they offered no apology. Second time this happened. Want be back.
