I called for a repair due to poor print quality & horizontal lines on my prints. I had a very sentimental event program to print & I wanted to be sure all went well. He said I needed a fuser belt & replacement drums. He replaced them, but less than 100 prints later, I had the exact same problem, but this time it's worse. To add insult to injury, he refuses to fix the problem because he was upset with me expressing my concerns regarding the multiple repairs that we've had on the printer. I have been a customer of Lanier Copy Products for about 6 years. The owners have great customer service! Normally if there's a problem, we get same day service, and to top that off, the only things we ever have to call for are normal wear and tear. We are so pleased, that over the 6 years we've gotten more than 6 machines from them. Keep up the great work! I highly recommend this company!
