Got here for a 4pm appt. Walked in and filled out paperwork and laid it back at the window. After she finally finished playing in her phone she put my info in and then charged me a late fee for it being 4:34 really?? U saw me in there and saw me checking in before the 30 minute mark but yet charged me a late fee because she claimed the time starts when she enters in the time… i understand being late but really this was non other than a wrongful way to charge us.
Efficient, Friendly, fast service. Lots of space. They usually get you out in 2 hours or less. Just make sure you get there and have your check in paperwork signed and handed to the person at the window within the 30mins of your appointment time or they will be charging you that Lumper fee. They don’t play with that.
Over 18 hours to load, I’ll never come here and idk why companies still use americold
