Great customer service
This dealership sold me a car and He (owner) said he would have the head light cleansed one side was dingy and one side looked new before he dropped the car off he did not have the headlight cleaned and the car broke down before I even put 300 miles on the “as is” car I did let him know he didn’t care he is not a good businessman I know good business and this place isn’t it ! I purchased a 2011 Lincoln MKX from Lanier auto group on 02/11/2025. I drove this vehicle from the dealership to Firstone to have an oil change performed as I was told at the dealership that it needed an oil change. Upon taking this vehicle in I was informed that they would not be able to but it on the lift. I was then informed that the rear of the vehicles frame had such significant rust damage that it was not safe to put on the rack or to be driving. I bought my very first car here, a 2010 Honda CR-V. Everyone was extremely nice, although it came with a bit more damaged than i liked, i thought it was a great first car for a first time driver like myself. They even got it detailed for me before i came to pick it up. i will definitely be coming back!
