The staff at the service side are unfriendly and unhelpful. I've been twice (second time to fix their mistake) and both times they were unpleasant to deal with.
I would like to thank the entire team, including Craig O'Keeffe, who went above and beyond, helping me out with an unscheduled breakdown the week leading into the Easter weekend. I was 700klm from home, and Craig moved mountains to get the parts and installed them to my van. I got home for Good Friday to be with my family. Thank you very much. They even helped out with the hire car department and organised a rental, so I was able to continue working in the surrounding regions whilst the van was being repaired.
The wife was stoked with the new car, and the whole process was nice and easy. Great people to deal with. Darren was helpful with the finance part. Would definitely buy again from there.
Fantastic experience on all levels. Super helpful with discussions around my vehicle & options to add to it. Consultative approach but not salesy which is very refreshing when buying a vehicle. Was by far the most friendly & easy experience i have ever had in all my years of buying a car. Highly recommend Stu & the team at Lanham Ford.
