Quick, accurate translation, easy process (just send photos or scans of documents), good communication. The prices are reasonable. I just wish they didn’t send the documents by certified mail, with signature required: it took me the whole week to get my documents from USPS. The first time I missed the courier and then the post office misplaced the letter and it took me 3 trips to the post office to resolve the situation. I highly recommend no one use their services. I called about a same day service. I was assured I would have the digital documents by the end of the day and the physical copies would be mailed to me first thing in the morning so I would receive them by Monday. They required the payment upfront and again stated they would deliver in the time stated. As their closing time neared, I called for an update, but no one would answer. I finally called the generic number and got someone that said they would pass the message along to co... read more
