I needed word done on a Saturday and Rob was able to come right away. He was courteous and easy to talk to and was able to get the job done in a timely manner. He told me what needed to be done and had the materials needed on hand to get the work done right. Once finished he offered up a couple of suggestions on what I should get done in the future to avoid any problems with a few minor issues that he had observed while working on the original problem. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend him.
