Very Good Experience! – This was my first time going to this mechanic. I loved it. I went to Midtown Automotive (around the corner) first based on the reviews, but I was very disappointed. They were too busy to even look me in the eye when I was describing the symptoms. ..so I went to Lang's Master Car Care. Best decision ever. They recommended a major tuneup, and some work on my egr valve....PLUS the were nice enough to tell me about the Drive Clean program. A $677 job cost me only 50 dollars out of pocket. I am seriously going to report this establishment! – I had some issue with my car cutting off so I took it here. They claimed they fixed it but it broke down the next day with the same issues. Long story short, they refused to fix it and now I had to scramble and get it fixed somewhere else.
Very Disappointed! This shop is a dump! Cars everywhere it looks like they been there for years. With hesitation I fixed here. I waited almost a week to hear from them to tell me whats going on. Then, they claimed they fixed my issues but the oil leak I had still was there.
What a junk Yard! – This place has cars everywhere! It looks like they been there for years. I couln't even park my car because there were cars parked everywhere. The owner, Lang, didn't speak very well so I couldn't understand him. My car just sat there for days and no one looked at it.
Not The One! I had a '96 vehicle sitting up; I'm the original owner of the vehicle. I knew the problem was something to do with the clutch. I decided to get it fixed since my son would be able to drive soon. A friend of mine suggested I take my car to Mr. Lang. I called him; he had the tow service he uses, R.B. terrible service – This garage looks as their work....terrible. Everytime you go there they tell you it's not ready and their short handed. Not recommended at all to go there.
