I was deeply disappointed with my experience today at Langrick and Coe in Oakham. As a new resident to the area, I was drawn to the positive reviews of Coe and Coe in Melton Mowbray, a family-run business known for its excellent service. However, my appointment with Pamela at the Oakham branch was far from positive. When I mentioned my family history of glaucoma and my intention to use an NHS voucher, Pamela suggested that I would likely receive everything free at Specsavers. Excellent and very professional service. Fantastic new facilities. With a great range of frames and lenses to choose from. Martin clearly is expert in his field, working with a strong team.

I cannot rate the service I received highly enough. I was slotted in between appointments due to worrying symptoms. I received kindness, understanding and reassurance. A very professional and friendly experience.
