Dosent matter who you see they will be at least 45 mins late if not more. Zero communication. It's fine to run late thats a separate issue but have the courtesy of a phone call. Was told they have lots of people so it would take along time to call that many people......... that's your job...... You make ppl use an app so have it set on there to notify people then u wouldn't have to call everyone 1 by 1? We have the courtesy to come before booking time so just asking for some courtesy in return.
Good GPs, but I've observed one of the receptionists being quite rude both to myself and other customers on multiple occasions. Overall a good clinic.
