She is wonderful and caring. She doesn’t run anything unnecessarily or prescribe anything she doesn’t need. But I agree with the other reviews about the office staff. I went 18 months instead of 12 between appointments one time and got chewed out by them for it and told that if I go “two years again” I’ll be dropped from the system.
Dr Langness is a caring and competent physician. Unfortunately, I wish I could say the same for the office staff. In my approx. 15 years at the practice, I experienced rude and chastising behavior from some of the support staff. Sorrowfully, I decided it wasn't worth it and moved to another practice.

Karen Langness is wonderful. She is very caring . She will have tests run but does not jump into unnecessary testing. She is open with her communication and makes you involved in your own health choices. However, some of her staff is rude and disengaged. I had my blood tested by Esmeralda and she was cold, did not even look at me, never smiled and treated me as a number. Her words were courteous but required. The person at the desk was friendly, but the other receptionists have not been.
Dr. Langness is a very good doctor she listens to you and makes you feel like a priority. She needs to counsel her staff as they are very very rude! I've recommended people to her and they liked her but will not go back because of her staff
Dr. Largeness was nice and took her time with me. The staff/Ma nurse was not the friendliest. I most likely will not be going back and continue my search in finding a good family doctor for me and my family.
