Bought a car from here a few weeks ago and it had major issues with it. Returned it for repair and after a few visits back with the same problems it still wasn't fixed. Had to resort to having money back, but were refused to be given the full amount back. Do not buy from this garage as they are in the habit of ripping off pensioners. Disgusting and disgraceful.

I brought a fiat 10 months ago...head lights not working door handle broken and a awful noise coming from underneath. Now turbo has gone and various other things...been quoted 1,000 to get it sorted....to say I'm angry would be putting it mildly
Awful car dealer, purchased a Nissan Qashqai ....only to find multiple faults (advertised incorrectly as 'top of the range', clutch/gear linkage issues, wheel alignment, brakes, grinding drivers side, stero/sat nav/reverse camera did not work, etc). Took weeks to get a refund, and even then I lost out on £200 for my trade in. I had to threaten legal action, as despite being well within my 30days of purchase under the 'Consumer Rights Act 2015', Richard point blank refused my refund. Awful experience do not use! Bought a car from then in March 2025. We travelled up to this showroom after seeing the car online (2 hour journey for us). When we got there we expressed interest in this car, I was not interested in any other car but the Hyundai I30 - the salesman continue to 'subtly' sway me towards other cars. We went ahead with the sale and drove it away that day. They said it had a fresh service and I could bring the car back when it was due an MOT around June time.
