A Shrimp Poboy at Julian's in Lafayette is one of the tastiest places to get Bobby Langlinais' French bread! Always loved the fresh from the oven smell when I walked into the bakery, even when I was called out to calibrate a mixer scale, or troubleshoot those crazy Incinomite (sp?) gas burners for an oven ;)
