I literally just spoke to Langley’s about repairing my lawnmower. We were on the phone for 2 seconds before his rudeness showed up. I asked if he could come to my home and take a look at my mower which has a broken seat. He was rude and short with his response. I hung up the phone as fast as I could. This is what happens when you try to support small businesses. Just unprofessional! Even his response to this email is rude in nature; and four seconds is enough time to decide not to hire you!
Chase repaired an older hand me down Toro that I’ve had for a few years. He was great with communication and had the toro repaired the day after I handed it over to him. It’s never run as good as it runs now. I’d definitely recommend his services.

Took my pressure washer to Chase to hopefully fix and he did, in a day. He is friendly, helpful,fast and very reasonable. Highly recommend.
