Very polite & professional family oriented crew. They are an honest and hardworking company who care about their customers and have a generosity about them. They also completed their work in a very timely manner and coordinated well with my indoor plumber to lessen my time without water to as short as possible.
Today I had an unexpected water leak coming into my basement. It was covered in water and I called Langley water company. Mr. Bill and his son Mr. Cody WERE OUTSTANDING!!!! Their work ethic and willingness to come to my house in last minute notice was a true BLESSING!! They worked fast and was able to identify the problem within a matter of minutes. We had a broken water main. The Langley crew answered right away, showed up on time, gave a good estimate and ultimately came in just under it. They were all so good to work with! They explained what needed to be done after showing me the problem. I really cannot say enough good things about them. If the need arises again I'll be calling them.
The broken water line repair/replacement situation at my house developed a few unexpected complications. The Langley Water crew sought out solutions that ultimately were successful. They remained focused on making sure the job was completed and water restored. Cheers to Bill, Cody, Joey and Andrew!
