An underground water leak is an HOA president’s nightmare. Your water meter is spinning cash, your residents are impossible to coordinate, you have no idea what the unbudgeted expense will be and it seems like no one you know can help. Jacob and Cody are great! Came out first thing this morning and advised us on the issue we were having. This is our second time using Langley and we have been impressed both times. Polite, customer service oriented and extremely helpful!
Langley was recommended to repair a leak in our water line -they came out right away to fix the leak but it was determined that we should replace the 1957 line- we also asked them install a pressure reducing valve and main shutoff at the house. Those guys had to work very hard all day to get through our extremely rocky soil, but they did a beautiful job, left our yard looking almost good as new, and we have one less plumbing issue to deal with. Fantastic service! Their communication skills are excellent! Everything is communicated up front. They are thorough, detailed oriented, and fairly priced! These are exceptionally good people! I highly recommend them to all.
