My partner went in today as he has an obvious infection in his mouth, he was in immense pain with severe swelling. To our surprise he was told a Doctor would not be in for an hour or two?? Wait what??? How can this be called Urgent Care when there is not a Doctor? Now after reading reviews this seems to be very common at least with this location. Urgent Care is part of Fraser Health so that means that our tax dollars go to this. So please explain how it can be Urgent Care with no Doctor?
We had a great experience at the clinic. Dr. W and all the staff and nurses were kind, professional, and attentive. They took excellent care of my child during an allergic reaction, explained everything clearly, and walked us through the next steps. You can feel confident that you’re in good hands here. Thank you to the entire team!
Happy to have discovered this place saved me hours waiting in emergency! Very caring and kind staff. I was first seen by a nurse who looked me over then scheduled me a follow up call from Dr. Wassef, she was very knowledgable and put me at ease.
Save yourself and do not go here. I went in because I pulled my back disk. I was in and out of the doctors office in literally 3 minutes max and didn't really understand what he said. Anyone would agree that 3 minutes of the doctors time feels a little rushed at the very least, especially after I had waited for nearly 2 hours which is fine but I deserve to at least have a decent amount of time.
