I had such a positive experience at this urgent care! The nurses and staff were absolutely amazing — so caring, kind, and attentive from the moment I walked in. I had to take my son in & they made us feel comfortable and well cared for during a stressful situation. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, and we truly appreciated the compassion they showed. Thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond!
Today I had probably the best experience in medical clinic. Came with my 4 year old son. Fast, efficient and good service.
Have never experienced more rude service with such un-understandable instructions. Came in 3 times and came out learning the little girls at the front need to be payed more
Excellent system! Called ahead and spoke with a nurse who asked for a photo of my son's medical problem. Booked an appt for a couple of hours later. We showed up, saw a doctor after a brief wait, left with a diagnosis and a prescription. No waiting!
Very efficient, though initial registration is a little challenging with glass/speakers making it hard to communicate. Triage nurse avoids key staff getting bogged down in things best fixed elsewhere (ER/GP). Actual doctor was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Not a place I’d make a habit of visiting, but when I need urgent non-emergency healthcare I would definitely recommend them.
