My 2024 Toyota. Corolla Cross hybrid had no heat blowing. Driving home, I had to use wipers and wipe the interior which was scary as it was cool and not raining. My windows were fogged up badly. I called several Toyota dealerships who could not fit me in for at least 3-12 days and no loaner vehicle. When I called Langley Toyota, a kind man named Mack assisted me and said that he would have techs look into the matter. II had my vehicle back the same day and the issue was with the coolant. They did an absolutely fantastic job replacing my transmission input shaft bearing on my 2011 Scion TC. I even got my car back quicker than I could have expected. Mark was very helpful and gave a clear explanation for what was replaced and how it was replaced. They even gave me the old bearing to show me how it was damaged. Overall, excellent service and I’m happy to have my car repaired by them!
Had a small leak in my tire and needed repair. The repair was quick and the staff where professional. Uber back and forth is available for longer service which is a nice service.
