They give a very good service I had great experience thanks
Tracy at services. She answers your questions. Only a simple answer without further explanations. When you ask to elaborate because you dont know much about cars, she always has that tone of voice and choice of vocabularies that looks down on you and makes you feel like a complete moron. Even when you are polite. She will always ruin your day at the end of the phone call.
My wife took her Highlander for oil change, they ended up doing other stuff like flushing the engine. She immediately noticed a strange noise and when we took it again to them, we were told the transmission has failed and need to be replaced. This is a lightly used 4 years old Highlander, weird. Then we changed the tires, a week later the left rear speed sensor failed. I can’t help thinking is it something they did or just bad luck or Toyota reliability doing down
