I went in for a booked test drive on a 2021 Toyota Corolla SE. I even got a call the day before from a rep named Brahmdeep causally asking if I would consider a key start. That was the first red flag. When I arrived for the test drive, I was told, conveniently, that the car had sold 30 min before I got there. No call. No courtesy.
