He put Rx lenses in my frames that were SCRATCHED, INFERIOR & FLAWED. A man name Rene fit me for the glasses in 2 seconds, told me to clean them with water & scratchy ass paper towels then rushed me out of the store....hmmm I get home & discover a scratch in the field of view on lenses! I have been a client of this place for more than 20 years, always paying out of pocket. Sometimes they are rude but I put up with it because they are near by. The other day I went there with my grandson (who broke the frame of his glasses) and they refused to help us because he has insurance. I don't think its OK to discriminate for any reason!
