I have been a client of this place for more than 20 years, always paying out of pocket. Sometimes they are rude but I put up with it because they are near by. The other day I went there with my grandson (who broke the frame of his glasses) and they refused to help us because he has insurance. I don't think its OK to discriminate for any reason!
