I have been going to Langley Optometry for years but will never be back. The front desk staff are incredibly rude. I called to book to get contacts, booked an appointment. When I arrived and paid $98 for the appointment I found out I had paid for an eye exam. The front desk staff told me an eye exam is required before getting contacts if your last exam was 2+ years ago. I explained it had only been 1.5 years since my last exam and she said “that’s still too old sorry you’ll have to rebook for contacts” so basically I paid $9... read more
