Had my first appointment here with Dr Zygmunt and he was very kind and listened to me, didn't rush the apt & made me feel heard and seen while also giving me a good treatment plan. The staff were all also very kind.

Staff only cares about showing up and collecting a paycheque, don’t expect to get any real help here. I’m certain the only thing they’re going to be able to help me with is setting me up with the MAID program. If you need help look elsewhere, these people don’t care.

It was around 6 years ago I was in here for the first time seeking help. The front desk lady's were nice. I got a worker, his name was Paul. He was really decent and talked about how to help myself as time carries on. I seen him for 7 month's. Some time past and I called him to find out he had resigned, shocked me. He helped so much getting me on a disability and my physiologist to get the correct medication. Now years later I'm now homeless. I was living in my van doing ok for for about 11 years.
