The staff was very kind. At a point I was left by myself and nurses gladly took over and took me where I needed to go. Wait time was relatively short compared to other times. Thank you so much for your help and care.

Came to emergency-counter to register go to the IVdrip department. The directions i was given when asked was only "it's on the 3rd floor". New to the building, I walked around for the next 30mins in a maze, realizing there are multiple buildings with multiple floors. Had to ask someone to walk me to where it is. Directions given were purposely unclear, cause the counter person didnt care for me.
