Came to emergency-counter to register go to the IVdrip department. The directions i was given when asked was only "it's on the 3rd floor". New to the building, I walked around for the next 30mins in a maze, realizing there are multiple buildings with multiple floors. Had to ask someone to walk me to where it is. Directions given were purposely unclear, cause the counter person didnt care for me.
I called for asking about how long is the waiting time, this lady said that if you want to come then come otherwise don't come. What kind person is she.
This is definitely the worst hospital I have ever been to in the Greater Vancouver area. It's simply absurd for a pregnant woman in urgent situation to wait for six hours before seeing a doctor in an emergency! Moreover, the nurse's attitude was particularly bad. I pay tens of thousands of dollars in taxes every year to receive medical services，not to see you put on a bad face！Cherish life. Don't come to this hospital.
