The owners took the time to understand exactly what I wanted for my banner printing and provided exceptional service from start to finish. Just used UDP for the first time and I am pleasantly surprised. THEY CREATED MY CARDS IN ONE DAY! Then to make pick-up convenient, Muhammad offered to bring the cards to a meeting I was supposed to attend with him. I didn't realize how far their location was so Muhammad actually offered to bring the cards at his home so I could pick them up. I highly recommend working with them. Muhammad has been so patient and compassionate with me.
Our business has used ultra digital for our banners the last number of times we have needed them And they are provided us with excellent banners in a timely manner and are cost-effective. We also needed some help with our outdoor sign at our business. We had had some work done by another local company and we unfortunately had an awful experience. I work at school and we had a fantastic experience with Ultra Digital! We ordered a variety of sign sizes, from 22” x 28” all the way up to 4’ x 3’, and every single one came out beautifully. The colours were bright, vibrant, and really high quality. The staff were also incredibly helpful throughout the process, especially when I wasn’t exactly sure what I needed. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made everything easy from start to finish. Highly recommend!
