I contacted Langley Home Plumbing & Heating on their website and Vivienne contacted by email right away and gave me options for an appointment and let me know exactly how much the furnace and hot water tank service would be as well as the new thermostat. Gary called the morning of the appointment and even though he was short handed due to illness and injury, he made sure to keep the appointment. We cannot recommend this company enough. Gary did an amazing job installing a new gas hot water tank. I called him on Thursday at 4pm and the new one was installed the next day by 11am. Our job was not easy either, our tank is located in a VERY small crawl space you cannot even stand in. Gary was helpful, honest, friendly, knowledgeable and took all the extra care needed. Not to mention he provided an accurate and fair quote before hand.
Called Gary to fix our gas valve ( no hot water)at 8 am..He was here by 9:30. Super fast and did a very good job. Would highly recommend him and his team
