Great service today from James replacing my gas hot water tank. Professional, friendly service. I had called Sunday night as their ad said 24 hour service; Gary the owner answered the phone and booked me to replace the tank on Tuesday. I called this company on a Sunday due to an emergency plumbing issue. A woman answered the phone and immediately said I had already spoken to her husband on another number and that he wouldn’t be coming. Yes, I had reached out to a few plumbers to find someone who could help me quickly—that’s standard in an emergency. I contacted Langley Home Plumbing & Heating on their website and Vivienne contacted by email right away and gave me options for an appointment and let me know exactly how much the furnace and hot water tank service would be as well as the new thermostat. Gary called the morning of the appointment and even though he was short handed due to illness and injury, he made sure to keep the appointment.
