I appreciate all of those that I have had interaction with at Langley FCU. From the custodial staff keeping the rest rooms clean, to the security staff holding the doors open, to the tellers at the window and to the other financial servicers. But I would have to give a double thanks to Ms. Jessica Briggs who provided major help to me after my account was compromised and helping me locate my past statements. Your assistance is to be commended!!!
Miss Nia took PHENOMENAL care of me in setting up my first credit union account. She took her time to educate me on what to expect, the best ways to build my credit (based on my situation) & she keep a smile on her face — not easy to do at the end of the day. Give her a RAISE!
