Overall not a bad experience but when I opened the account they didn't want to give me a debit right away for some reason. I know people who just came to America and opened their first account with langley without any credit they gave them their debit cards right away. Its just a debit card not some kind of privilege. Myself who is in America for 27 years I don't get the privilege to get their debit card right now mine has to be mailed. Literally its just a debit card langley has to mail it. Katherine at the Nickerson branch was so sweet and was quick with service I was in and out
Went in to withdraw some cash, talked to Stacey and she turned me on to a account with a card that can be reloaded from my account, I really enjoyed talking to her and she was helpful is multiple ways, great attitude and personality! Thank you Stacey!
