Poor communication from underwriters.
The lady who served me today at window 3 today at 3:30 Wednesday Afternoon was extremely unprofessional. I was there to cash a check and it has the stub attached and she refused to separate it. Other bank tellers did it with no issues but this person is very unprofessional. Who do I contact to handle this matter because she can't be getting away with this. Every Langley Federal Credit Union is fantastic but this person's attitude and appearance is trash
