Walked in to a well managed and kind atmosphere. Innocencia was a joy to work with. I ran into the twin Ashley’s and got a very warm reception. It really feels good to be appreciated.

This credit union used to be well managed. However over the years, customer service and staffing has become very bad. Lines are always long and you will spend a long time in lines. Things move at a snails pace. It's not isolated to a particular branch. They simply don't care the way they used to. I recommend another financial institution if your time matters, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. Life is too short and it shouldn't be wasting it in a bank line

I recently was a victim of identity fraud and tried to get help from Langley Federal because the suspect applied for a loan from them. After being redirected multiple times to people who said they couldn't help me, I was finally connected to the supposedly correct person who answered the phone, breathed for a little while, then hung up on me. The criminal who stole my identity got better customer service than I did. You might want to think twice about using this financial institution.

Not sure if there's a staffing issue, but they rarely have an adequate number of tellers during predictably busy times (e.g. lunch time 12-1). Very annoying.
