I had an excellent experience at the Langley branch on Hampton Boulevard today. Even though my appointment was scheduled for later in the afternoon, I arrived early and was seen within five minutes of checking in. The customer service at this location was outstanding. I went into the Hampton Blvd. Location to for assistance with my mom's account. Adoris Smith was very helpful. She took her time with us and she even suggested better options for my mom! Thank you Adoris for your kindness and patience and wonderful service you provided!!!

I went in to open an account. I was told that Angela was going to help assist. I walked into her office she was very dry, I couldn't hear her name when she introduced herself and her energy was definitely off. Needless to say we left bc we didn't feel confident with our service.

The way their fraud department functions is frustrating. Even though you're habitually spending money on the same thing, they repeatedly decide that it may be fraudulent. And anymore, when you call, someone's barely understanding English and clearly reading from a script. They used to be so good but it's just not the case anymore.
