Went to cash a check at the drive thru: I saw a woman before me use a napkin to hold the canister( great idea), I did it also. What upset me was: I asked the teller if he wiped the canister before sending out to me, he answered no, I have on gloves. I asked if he was changing gloves after each transaction, again he said NO. I told him that he is just passing germs back & forth. Managers need to make it mandatory that each teller at least wipe the canister before returning to the customer. By far the worst Credit Union ever in the entire state of Virginia. Starting with the CEO who is very unprofessional. I do not recommend this establishment at all for many reasons. I will never conduct business with these unprofessionals ever again. Please go elsewhere and avoid these unprofessionals at all cost.

RecommendedMs. Taylor Jones was absolutely amazing!!!! I was in and out of there is such a short time and I enjoyed every bit of it!! She was so knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. She answered all my questions and made sure I was 100% satisfied when I left. 10/10 ❤️
