Zero *. I have waited for 2 months for this orthodontic appointment for my son, just to be told that he does not qualify for NHS treatment and the only options are: 1. Wait (until he is fully grown = too old to qualify for NHS treatment), 2. Have a surgery and pull out some teeth (sounds quite scary), 3. Get Invisilines (my son has severe teeth misalignment and connot bite properly, but I was told that braces are not suitable, only invisilines will work). Very unprofessional and dishonest dental practice. I paid £1000 deposit for orthodontics work, however after my teeth photos and X-rays were taken, I decided not to go ahead with my treatment. When I repeatedly asked for a part refund of my deposit, as according to the agreement I signed with them they should have refunded me £700 ( deducting their costs for the teeth photos). I had to raise a formal complaint with the Dental Complaints Service against Langley Dental before they took any notice of my refund request and after... read more
I can't speak for the other people that work there but I was seen by Dr Krissen Tailor - and I have never felt more comfortable having my teeth checked. What made it great was how calm and gentle Dr Tailor was, making a somewhat intrusive experience quite a pleasant one. He was great at keeping you busy, reassuring you everything is okay and going at the pace you are okay with, no matter how many breaks I needed to take (sorry!). I am moving away from the area but will be sure to return here for my dental care.
If I could give this place 0 I would!!! Today I accompanied my younger sister who was getting her braces off. We were so excited for her as was she. Number 1: the therapist Lina/Leena (Indian lady with maroon/red scrubs) who claims to be a clinician left the door open whilst seeing my sister for her appointment then proceeded to give me a lecture about patient confidentiality when I recorded my sister (which she consented to).
