We have had a very poor experience with the counselling services at this organization. Unfortunately, the counsellor intern, Gabi, demonstrated a lack of essential skills needed for effective counselling. She did not listen attentively, often interrupted, and did not show understanding, empathy, or compassion toward clients. We also have serious concerns regarding confidentiality and trust.
