The receptionists that work in this office are completely rude, unprofessional and do not do their jobs as guided by the doctors. Every interaction I have had with them over the phone has left me more upset and stressed. They do absolutely nothing to assist you, they cannot perform simple tasks such as address updates, and they have absolutely ZERO manners or professional. I want to express my gratitude for our GP at this location. He takes great care of my son, husband, and I. I'm changing my review because I learned that when I initially posted it, the entire phone line for the building was under construction—this was no fault of theirs, but I was worried about losing the clinic. I'm thankful that didn’t happen! I always treat the receptionists with respect, and they reciprocate. I've never had an issue here. I have always had excellent care. When it is a time sensitive problem they always see me the same day or the next. I think the staff does a great job of meeting everyone’s needs
