Love my doctor, he's been my doctor since birth but the reception team needs to be looked at. They're never answering the phones (unless you wait for 20 mins on hold) and according to the phone's message, they're closed at 4:30 instead of 5pm now? Unless they've just shut the phones off. Hard to make an appointment this way. They're never kind, always feels daunting to try and book an appointment or vouch for yourself.
