This is my doctor's office and all staff is nice and very accommodating
Love my doctor, he's been my doctor since birth but the reception team needs to be looked at. They're never answering the phones (unless you wait for 20 mins on hold) and according to the phone's message, they're closed at 4:30 instead of 5pm now? Unless they've just shut the phones off. Hard to make an appointment this way. They're never kind, always feels daunting to try and book an appointment or vouch for yourself. This reception team needs some serious looking at. Dr Richardson is fantastic, sadly this reception team is far from. Not only is it a 3 week wait to see your own family doctor of 28 years, but whoever was just on reception was an absolute nightmare.
Horrible clinic, horrible front desk,horrible doctor. can't schedule appointments. If scheduled they never are there in their systems. The family doctor/ GP never ever shows up.
