I am a 20 year vet and do not work for the DOD as a commissary employee. There has been a lot of chatter on line about charging for plastic or paper bags. To those who elect to bring their fabric or insulated bags, good for you. Plastic is bad for the environment; period. Those who whine about spending an extra buck for either paper or plastic: please. How does this store have 4 stars? Rarely stocked well at all, horrible produce. Good luck finding an apple that isn’t nasty looking. Self checkout line always ridiculously long due to half the machines out of order. I live on base and won’t shop here anymore.
