Got my kids have swimming lessons here and while waiting for them I can sit and watch them while having my coffee. This memorial public pool is a great start for a swimming lesson the instructors are great and the kids are having fun while having their lessons.
My 2 & 4yo are cautious/slow to swim kids. The Story time lessons and instructors have been absolutely wonderful being patient and gently supportive of their progress and the kids now love swimming lessons etc. Place is quirky as with all sorts of toys in and around the pools, but the kids love it and it feels very wholesome.
What a weird place. The children's pool has stuffed toys, plastic, mismatched toys and a dangerous slide which goes nowhere. It is unhygienic and inappropriate for a children's environment. It all felt quite creepy. It should all be thrown out and the pool made to look more as it should- a place to teach children to swim and enjoy the water.
Had a very disappointing experience involving how I saw someone being treated at this facility. The situation was handled poorly and without courtesy, even when all the necessary information was provided. It left a strong impression of inflexibility and a lack of professionalism. Would expect better communication and respect from staff in these settings.
