Excellent Aussie family run business since the 80’s . Communications with Katrina made the order very easy to place & email query replies were very prompt, particularly on a weekend . I ordered/confirmed a cubic metre of chopped iron bark firewood last Friday morning & delivery arrived within the hour . Very professional driver tipped the wood on to my lawn with meticulous care . Easy, helpful, fast and good value
I emailed an inquiry regarding Cypress mulch early Friday morning using their web site. Katrina sent a reply before 08:00 the same morning. A couple mates collected the mulch in their trailer on Sat morning and I had it out over my garden beds by lunch. I will be buying more from Langlands in the future.
Terrible customer service. They won’t bother to attend their office to answer your enquiry and then fail to respond to emails. Go elsewhere for your landscape supplies.
