Awesome, service, highly recommend.
This was my first visit to Langhorne Family Smiles and unfortunately I will not be returning. First, the floors, walls, windows, and machinery had visible dirt and dust on them. I have no proof or evidence to show that their equipment was not cleaned or sterilized, but it was my first thought after seeing the state of the exam room. Second, the dental assistants did not seem to know how to work the xray machine or computer system and kept dropping materials on the ground and asking the doctor how to input data. From 1-2 pm on a Wednesday no one available to answer my call. Out of office apparently when everything says they’re open till 7. Emergency line no answer. Had an appointment for surgery tomorrow. Called out of work, made necessary arrangements, pick up, etc for them to tell me oh this is rescheduled. Went on the website I can see open slots available for this same day.
