I've been with this surgery for 33 years and in times past they have been great. Doctors and medical staff have always been good but in recent years the level of incompetence has reached unacceptable levels with staff telling you one thing and doing another or not acting on information given to them. Again, I've turned up at my chemist in the hope to pick up a salbutamol inhaler and nothing. They are useless, rude and very arrogant absolute disgrace.
The most caring, considerate and compassionate doctors I have ever been seen by. They are so thorough, ask so many questions, and really treat you like a human being who they want to help. I am so glad to have found this surgery. I have also not once had a problem getting an appointment. Either the same day or next day.
