I don’t attend the medical centres regularly. However, I needed to seek medical advice. I contacted this practice because they were close and had an availability today. I called as soon as they opened and was greeted by a really lovely lady who made me feel comfortable. I was then greeted by the same lady (I believe, she sounded the same - lady with the shorter hair do) and again felt comfortable. Dr Raj was also straight to the point, neutral and helpful. Thank you team for today I’m glad I made the decision to come in.
This clinic went out of their way, 1 phone call and a Doctor came to my mothers home in 10 mins. After he had finished his job for the day. This is her regular clinic that has looked after her well for years. They saved her life. We can't thank you enough. If not for you all including the receptionist she wouldn't be here. Would recommend if you want or need help!
Such a helpful and caring practice, went out of their way to help us. The people are so nice here
This review is only for jamal.I was not even consulting Jamal, yet he came out of nowhere and asked me multiple inappropriate questions about how I look and what I wear. This is completely unacceptable and none of his concern. Healthcare professionals should focus on patient care, not personal judgments. If he has personal issues, he should deal with them himself or consult another doctor who can treat him.
