The location is amazing and the neighbors are great, BUT. PLEASE read how our experience (current home owners in the neighborhood) has been before you sign a contract to buy/build. We signed the contract on our house in June 2018 and closed end of July, 2019. We have had nothing but problems from the time the process started through our current 8 month tenure as owners. The workmanship and attention to detail don't come close to reflecting the prices they are commanding for homes. It would take too many pages/ too much time ... read more
