Had a procedure done to remove an ingrown hair on inner top eyelid. 1. He claimed to not be able to distribute pain meds for after the procedure. 2. I don't understand if it was only one eye with the problem why I couldn't open either eye after the procedure. 3. My eyes are uneven now and i don't understand why if a hair was removed why 1 eyelid is exposed/ open more than the other. 4. I've sent in pictures and everything and at this point I'm being ignored. Just finished with Tepezza (for thyroid eye disease). It was an great experience. Highly recommend
Wish I could give 0 stars. This office sent me to collections from a visit that was 3 years ago that my insurance already paid on. They are not getting double payment. Glad I never had the surgery done. This place is corrupt. You can’t get anything taken care of to fix their error either. Find a better doctor!
The 2 at the front desk were just rude to everyone and even rolled her eyes at one patient. The assistant who took me back was very kind and friendly. The 2 minute consult with doctor did not answer any of my questions because he was in such a rush. Seemed like a nice guy. The assistant said they would call me in 3 days to set up surgery. Nobody could tell me the cost of surgery, just that they would call to set everything up. It’s been 3 weeks and still no call. I paid $175 cash for a 2 minute consult.
