I am very happy with how I was treated at Langford Eyecare. From the reception, the staff taking photo's and DR. Hehl. The whole team makes you feel comfortable. DR Hehl has a wonderful personality and at the same time is very professional. The cost of an exam is very reasonable. The office is very clean. I will always recommend Langford Eyecare.
I had the need to see an eye doctor and my doctor was on holidays. His receptionist recommended Langford Eyecare. I was so pleased although I wasn’t sure it was an emergency the receptionist was concerned with my symptoms and got me in right away to see Dr. Hehl. The staff there is so considerate and professional and Dr Hehl was excellent she took the time to explain everything to me. I would very highly recommend Langford Eyecare I had an excellent experience!
I am still stuck with expensive glasses they could not get fitted and I can’t wear! They were friendly when they said there is nothing they can do because it is now past the return date. My cell phone is distorted when I look at it, so something is wrong, but too bad for me. The glasses are way too big for my head. Never rely on advice from the salespeople, no matter how friendly. Update: after their inaccurate and insincere apology, I decided to keep my negative review as is. I am also sorry they were not willing to make it... read more
