Matt was so wonderful and came through when we were in a pinch from our furnace dying! He responded with a sense of urgency and showed up when all other companies said they were “too busy” or could “maybe” get someone out the same day. Not only that, he went out of his way to source heaters for us when we weren’t going to be able to rectify our issues that day. Would highly recommend Langfeldt Mechanical to anyone who needed prompt and caring heating/cooling support!
Called on a Sunday to leave a message, and Matt answered the phone. My new furnace over a year old was leaking water from the holding tank. We must have hit it while moving around it. Matt had his technician come out and look and replaced the tank at no charge. That's why I chose Matt and his team in 1st place.
Fall was well underway when I decided to give Langfeldt Mechanical a call for an annual check up on our aging boiler. They serviced us before and we were quite impressed with their work. Much to our dismay, this check up we were informed that a new boiler was needed. Matt pinpointed the issue and we came to the realization that had we not called, we could have had some serious problems. Matt walked me through what was needed and gave us an estimate. Pricey but good workmanship.Impressed with the quality of our new Tetco ground source geothermal furnace, so quiet!
Matt from Langfeldt Mechanical is a STAR! We called them very late on Saturday evening when our a/c stopped working and the temperature was in the upper 80’s. They came out on Sunday afternoon and got it working again. It wasn’t a normal problem either, a large beetle had lodged itself inside a switch and jammed it. Cannot thank or praise him and his company enough!!!
