The short: Bad experience. Longer: They misdiagnosed a simple issue with my car. When I set up the appointment, I said it was likely an ignition coil. I dropped it over night and called the next day in the afternoon as I'd heard nothing at that point. They claimed they had to jump start my car. I'd had ZERO issues with the battery up to that point. We're not even in freezing cold weather so this claim shocked me. They said I needed to replace the battery and that was the issue. I thought I'd replaced it recently but wasn't s... read more
Friendly and thoroughly answered all my questions. They did great work and were very knowledgeable.
Friendly atmosphere, and good service. Came for an oil change, and Lange's got me in and out in under an hour. Bravo!
I would like to say The whole staff is very professional and know what they are talking about. They gave you a quote they stand by it. They give you a time and they are done by that time. Talking to the gentleman before and after my service was a knowledgeable time ,they informed me about all the issues Going on with my vehicle and told me a service plan if I wanted to take care of everything 100% professional I definitely will be taking all of my auto repair business there.
