Dr. Langer is a good doctor but his staff never returns a phone call and they say they will within 48 to 72 hours. I need to find another endocrinologist.
Dr. Langer is a great doctor and takes his time to explain everything. But their office staff. If you try and call for appointments or to talk to somebody. They never answer the phones.
Dr. Langer and his team have always treated me with respect, empathy, and professionalism. As a late diagnosed diabetic the change in lifestyle was scary, but I felt safe in his care. I trust him 100% and think you are very fortunate if you get to be a patient here.
Dr Langer is a super knowledgeable doctor, who is surrounded by incompetent people. Every other doctor I see is aware of his lousy office situation. Am seeking a new doctor after 20 plus yrs with Langer.
One star for the office staff. I stopped going to see this doctor because the staff and even getting through the phone lines is ridiculous. Liked the doctor but not worth the hassle of dealing with the office staff. Avoid the doctors wife. She's the office manager and has the personality of snot on a doorknob.
