Sandy holds onto the money and doesn’t write checks when you are owed money back. They rarely answer their phone and are very hard to communicate with. it’s really too bad because Dr Langer is a great doctor
I love Dr. Langer as a Person and as a very knowledgeable doctor. It is almost impossible to reach anyone at his office. His clinical assistant probably gave up and quit cause they never answer their phone and rarely return any phone calls or messages. Its been 6 weeks waiting on an authorization request for my cracked insulin pump to be replaced and still no response. Go to the office at scheduled appointment times and it takes from 2 to 5 hours to be seen from check in to check out. He has way too many patients to keep up.... read more
I was recomended to see Dr Langers after losing hope on tackling my metabolism/thyroid issues. Trying to schedule an appointment and no response. Sandy, calls me from her potatoe audio phone at 9PM at night and we schedule. The visits were fantastic, Dr Langer is very attentive, communicates well and portrays that he cares about his patients. December i have another visit, we up my dosage, Dr says hell put the script through transition pharmacy, hands me a few miscalculated samples to tide me over at the new dosage. a month ... read more
He is very patient, and he cares about the people. He's taken care of answers. All my questions. I would recommend him to anyone that needs this type of doctor
Staff is horrible. They don’t care about and never will back. The doctors are great
