LOVE Dr. Langer.. but he put my daughter on a prediabetic medication with a refill slip. The problem is when you call no one answers the phone or returns phone calls. So thoroughly disgusted with this place.
Dr Langer Great DR. The Office manager and Staff are really bad, Can't even call in a needed Scrip or send my chart to Insurance co to pay for life support supplies. Had to go else were, IF Dr Langer only knew what goes on with his office manager.
Dr. Langer has been my doctor for 30 years. He takes his time and listens.
I want to start this off with the fact that I enjoyed my services provided by Dr Langer. My issue comes with the office manager and the practices policy for charging patient unnecessarily for prior authorizations for meds the doctor is ordering. This is NOT standard practice across the board. Medications are already too costly, to charge people on top of that so that they can even get the meds is stealing and unethical. Dr. Langer is a good doctor but his staff never returns a phone call and they say they will within 48 to 72 hours. I need to find another endocrinologist.
