Excellant emergency service even a ride to an from to hotel.a bad situation made better
Our water pump broke while driving home to northern Saskatchewan from Winnipeg and we had to make a pit stop at Langenburg Motors to get it fixed. They couldn’t do it the afternoon we arrived but did squeeze us in the next morning. Since we couldn’t drive our truck the service staff made two trips to drop the 5 of us off at the local motel and even stopped at the local grocery store so we could get food and drinks for the night. Purchased a used vehicle from them, traded in my old vehicle. They gave me a list of work that had been done to vehicle that I later found out wasn’t accurate. Wasted my time on numerous occasions, ignored my concerns of leaks and driveline vibrations, had my vehicle in their shop for a month with different people telling conflicting stories of what new parts were being installed. I bought a 2023 Ford Edge ST Line from Langenburg Motors and had a great experience. I live four hours away, and everything was exactly as discussed when I arrived. No surprises on the test drive or the price. There was a small issue with tire availability, but the team listened and worked out a solution that respected my time and the distance I had to travel. I love the vehicle and would absolutely recommend speaking with Jeffrry in sales and Steve in finance.
Excellent service from the start. We told them what we were looking for and they delivered. With a great trade in value for us.
