Fantastic experience
Fabulous! I was referred years ago to Doug Lange by a friend and could not be happier with the services he provides. Doug is so good at what he does. He has been terrific helping my elderly mom and her husband with their car insurance and property insurance on several homes. He is knowledgeable about all of the policies, explains what is and is not included, and he is extremely patient and kind to them. My husband and I also use Doug and are very pleased. I am very dissatisfied with Doug Lange, the agent I was referred to by my auto agent at State Farm. I was looking for a health care insurance policy for me and my son. I trusted in him to find us the right policy. Instead he found me a UnitedOne policy called Golden Rule and proceeded to offer me this policy even though it has no mental health coverage.
