Spoke very highly over the years until change over of Dr. Incredibly unfair, hurtful recent experience.
I’m starting to get really frustrated with this clinic. I was a patient of a Doctor who has now left the clinic and during my time with her. I didn’t really get much help with my medical issues that were going on. She did things wrong with my brothers blood work results which can be detrimental to the patients. I went in today for a 30 minute appointment that I had booked over the phone only to find out, it was actually a 15 minute appointment And I could only address one issue. Before Lukubisa, I had a bad family Dr. who only worked weekdays, located in the SW & I had to take time off work, just to get a refill on my inhaler that I've used for 20+yrs. I'm so glad I was able to make Dr.Lukubisa my family Dr. Before he stopped taking on new Patients! My pharmacy sends him refill requests, so I don't have to go in, he's very knowledgeable & has helped treat my health condition for years, he works weekends, does phone appointment & it's usually fast to get an appointment.
