Called in for a quote, they asked me to e-mail my request after 10 days I called back to check on the quote and the guy just told me he was gonna pass on it. Very rude, if they knew they didn't want to do it from the beginning why didn't they just said so. Some of the worst customer service.
I work for a company that places orders with Langdon and just spoke to someone named "Terry" at their office . One of my job functions is to get invoices or acknowledgments of orders from our vendors but apparently Langdon doesn't do it that way. That is fine, but the way I was spoken to regarding this manner is unacceptable.
