I work for a company that places orders with Langdon and just spoke to someone named "Terry" at their office . One of my job functions is to get invoices or acknowledgments of orders from our vendors but apparently Langdon doesn't do it that way. That is fine, but the way I was spoken to regarding this manner is unacceptable.
