The board had “at least 30 days to respond” to requests. I’ve been waiting for 6 weeks and I was told my request was sent this morning. Poor communication and it’s so difficult to find someone in charge. The number to the board is also not given to us.
By far the worst HOA I have been a part of. Neighborhood is not kept up super well, HOA dues are nearly $90 monthly, and everything requires a request. Each request takes a minimum of 30 days and when you ask for updates you’re given the run around. avoid
Stopped at Langdon, looking for a home for my parents. Homes were really nice and pretty affordable, amenities were great, and Scott the sales rep was knowlegable and super nice. Will return when folks are ready.
As a Real Estate agent who takes great pride in protecting my clients, I found Roger Villasenor to be transparent and knowledgable throughout the whole process. He answered his phone when I had questions, even while he was on vacation with his family! I would highly recommend working with him. He is a great assist to DR Horton.
